Vanessa is grateful for the warmth of the Wasteland as she walks in for the first time in months. She's been in Chicago, but... elsewhere. Healing in body. Avoiding taking the steps necessary to heal her mind.

But she found she missed it here.

There is . . . not a familiar rumble of motorcycle outside, because there's still snow on the ground.

Stupid snow. Stupid motorcycles' lack of mobility in snow.

So Russ' entrance is very quiet, heralded only by the quiet click of the door opening and closing behind him.

Shay's currently under a table, muttering at a box and trying not to stick her fingers into it. It's quite possible that the yipping coming from under the table is more her than the box.

Gwen, sadly, has been unable to locate a karaoke machine. She has, however, found some Christmas sheet music, and has spent the afternoon busily transcribing the lyrics onto pieces of cardboard.
